Cheick Kongo defeats Antoni Hardonk in UFC 97.
The heavyweight division is full of some serious heavy handed hitters, it is a talented division and Cheick is definitely a stand out MMA fighter within that class.
He had an easy victory this past weekend over a decent fighter in Hardonk.

The Iceman gets knocked down yet again by a hard punch to the head which lead to the stoppage of the fight.I truly hope Chuck consider retirement, the last few fights have proven that this once great fighter has diminishing skills.
The anticipated StrikeForce fight between Frank Shamrock vs. Nick Diaz took place yesterday April 11, 2009 at the Tank is San Jose.
The old lion versus the young lion, a lot of trash talk went back and forth before this fight. At one point Frank was quoted as saying “I’m looking to try and kill this kid”. The weigh in was interesting, as Nick displayed his middle finger when the legend tried to shake his hand.
